Most parents have given up on getting their children to read once the kids hit their teens. Literary guidance for students ages 8-12 is often abandoned as youths seek to establish their independence and personal preferences. Books are not making the cut. Where does this leave us? - Our premier 'wee ones' story, A Mermaid Shanty, affords the opportunity to learn a song and a bit of simple hands & arms choreography. Readers will be introduced to the greater Omniverse through Coralena—a 7-year-old mermaid (who wants to be a pirate) and her adventure companion Oswaldo—a small cephalopod going through an identity crisis. - The story is broken into 5 verses (chapters) based on the old sea shanty, A Mermaid Song, with each chapter ending with a game and a coloring page
- There are no instructional lessons provided for this age group. The intention is for parents and children to read together and go over whatever concepts and words come up in conversation

For ages 8-12
- Our premier 'twixt & tween' story, Time Stowaways, is the first in the Frankie & Finn series of cosmic adventures. The tale's primary stowaways (ages 8 and 12) have ended up somewhere they shouldn't, and it's a race against the clock and the powers that be for them to get to safety. Publishing date: April 2024
- 7 GER (Growing Eager Reader) lessons are available for this story. Each lesson covers particular disciplines (math, history, science) and incorporates specific skills (critical thinking, dexterity, empathy). A theme activity, comprehension quiz, vocabulary-builder, coloring page, author narration, and teaching tips come with each lesson
